Technical assessment
We review operating data against design figures and carry out a site inspection where required. You receive prioritised findings and recommended improvements, with preliminary estimates of cost and benefit where the available data allows.
Independent review of supplier proposals
We review the proposed scope, performance guarantees, exclusions, acceptance criteria and price. You receive a technical assessment of the offer and the questions to resolve before placing an order.
Feasibility and basic engineering
We assess the feasibility of the proposed project and develop the agreed engineering basis, including material and energy balances, plant layout and preliminary cost estimates. Deliverables reflect the project stage and define the required performance and criteria for subsequent design and acceptance.
Support delivery and commissioning
Revamp and modernisation
We develop modernisation measures and plan their implementation around production needs and available shutdown windows. The scope identifies equipment changes, interfaces and priorities for phased execution.
Owner’s engineer
We act as your technical representative during engineering and construction, with site supervision within the agreed scope. Support includes reviewing documentation, coordinating technical matters with suppliers and following up on agreed project requirements.
Commissioning support and training
We support commissioning and prepare operators and maintenance staff for the agreed equipment and process changes. Training and operating documentation focus on practical operation, maintenance and the relevant performance checks.
Independent technical judgement
Our recommendations are based on material and energy balances, measured data and the requirements of your plant. We are not tied to a single manufacturer or product range.
We agree the scope, required information and deliverables with your team before work begins. Where equipment or spare parts are required, selection follows the technical requirements and operating conditions of the application.
Improve performance and plan investment
Components and spares
We specify and source components using available drawings, specifications or an existing part. Materials, applicable standards and operating conditions are reviewed; quotations state lead time and country of origin.
Emissions and effluent performance
We assess how plant operation affects emissions and effluent quality, and identify engineering measures to improve performance. Recommendations can include process changes, treatment improvements and monitoring requirements to support compliance.
Environmental investment assessment
We assess environmental measures in terms of capital and operating costs, resource recovery, energy savings and risk reduction. The result is a prioritised basis for deciding which measures to implement and when.
