Diovis Eco Limited is a Hong Kong-based company established in 2023. We specialise in environmental technologies, including acid regeneration and wastewater treatment, as well as hydrometallurgical processes for producing high-purity materials.
We operate independently of equipment manufacturers and work with a network of qualified manufacturing partners. This allows us to select technical solutions according to the requirements of each project, without being tied to a single supplier or equipment portfolio.
Anna is a civil engineer with 12 years of experience at a leading European builder of metallurgical plants in Vienna, where she worked from 2012 to 2024. She worked in R&D engineering, led 3D design projects from 2018 and moved into project development for renewable energy and environmental technologies in 2022.
Her experience covers pickling lines and hydrochloric acid regeneration plants using spray-roasting and fluidised-bed technologies, including new installations and the modernisation of existing facilities. She has also worked on hydrometallurgical projects involving lithium, high-purity alumina, titanium dioxide, vanadium and 6N silicon.
Alongside her work in industry, she is conducting doctoral research in environmental engineering.
Working languages: English, German and Russian.
Sainan oversees day-to-day operations and commercial activities and coordinates communication with Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
Reliable plant performance begins with a clear understanding of the process. Our work combines engineering calculations with practical experience in designing and modernising industrial plants. We consider how equipment will operate as part of the complete process, with attention to resource consumption, maintenance and long-term operating costs.
A well-developed engineering basis helps identify technical risks early and reduce costly changes during project execution.
We focus on clearly defined performance criteria, supported by calculations and assessed against agreed operating conditions and acceptance procedures.
We evaluate technical solutions with regard to both initial investment and operating costs over the plant’s service life, including energy, reagents and maintenance.

Industrial facilities are also part of their surroundings. We can advise on their visual appearance and colour schemes and, where needed, develop a design concept that complements the surrounding buildings and landscape.
Our approach follows the tradition of European industrial colour design. Colours are taken from the surrounding landscape and sky and arranged as clear, luminous colour fields: earth and meadow tones at the base, the blues of the hills in the middle, sky tones at the top. Transitions dissolve into small interlocking fields, and one coherent layering runs across columns, tanks and stack, so the plant reads as a composed part of its landscape in every season.
